Delete your account

You can delete your 2048 Merge account at any time. This also deletes the data our server has about you.

In the app

1. Open 2048 Merge. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Tap to confirm. We delete it right away.

What we delete

We delete your account, your online name, your block list, your online points and wins, your message codes and settings, and reports you made or that were about you. We also take you out of any open room, with your results and reactions.

What we keep

• Purchase records. They are no longer linked to you. We keep them for our accounts and to stop fraud. Your Apple or Google account can still restore No ads, Free hints, All themes and 2048 Merge Plus to a new 2048 Merge account.
• Daily level totals. They never showed who you are.
• A note that the account was deleted, for 30 days, so an old sign-in cannot make it again.
• Progress, settings and One phone names saved on your phone. They stay until you delete the app or clear its data.

Things you paid for

Deleting your account does not refund a purchase. Hints you bought and did not use are deleted with your game. Things you paid 1 time for come back when you tap Restore purchase.

Without the app

Email success@experthire.io with the subject "Delete my 2048 Merge account". To help us find your data, add a store order number for a purchase, or your player ID from the app. We will reply and delete your data within 30 days.

If you never played online, never turned on new level messages, and never bought anything in the shop, we never made an account for you. We have no data that shows who you are.
