Help with your game

Need help with 2048 Merge? Email success@experthire.io. Tell us your phone model, app version and what happened. Do not send passwords or card details.

Play without internet

Solo levels and One phone games work offline. Online rooms, new levels and store purchases need internet.

Play with friends

Open Online to create a private room. Share the room code with your friends. Each player needs the same game. You can also choose One phone and pass your phone between players.

Bring back a purchase

Use the same Apple or Google account you used to pay. Open the Shop and tap Restore purchase. This brings back No ads, Free hints, All themes and 2048 Merge Plus. Used hint packs cannot be restored.

Ads and messages

No ads removes banners and ads between levels. You can still choose a reward ad. Open Settings to change privacy choices, sound, reminders and new level messages.

Online safety and your data

You can report and block a player in a room. For a safety concern, email success@experthire.io. To delete your account, use Settings or follow the account deletion steps.
